AML Spark Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of AML Spark, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law.


2. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

 

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same product in a single transaction, you must request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Payment Processing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a payment processing issue, you must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Technical Access Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing AML Spark and RayCor is unable to resolve it within 14 days, you may request a refund.

To request a refund, email info@raycorconsulting.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

 

3. No Refunds for User Errors or Non-Usage
We do not issue refunds for:

 

  • Failure to review product details before purchasing.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Non-use of the product after purchase.

  • Incompatibility with third-party software or business requirements.
     

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested. If you dispute a valid charge, we may:

 

  • Immediately terminate your license to use AML Spark.

  • Report the chargeback to collections agencies and credit bureaus if unresolved.

  • Take legal action to recover costs, including attorneys’ fees.

5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
